Outside of the office, Joe is a member of Stratford Rotary Club, Treasurer at Winston-Salem Forsyth County Crimestoppers, former President of the Board of Directors of Cancer Services, former Board Member of Bermuda Run Country Club. Joe is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the North Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants.
Joe is married to Molly Sills and has three children: Ryan Sills, Katie Brown, and Gray Robinson. His hobbies include golf, tennis, college football and basketball, and singing in the choir of Centenary United Methodist Church. Joe’s hometown is Kannapolis, North Carolina.

Mark W. Shriver, CPA

Mark joined the Firm in December, 1993. He attended Elon University and graduated in 1989 with a Bachelor of Science degree. Mark is former Treasurer of Mended Little Hearts, is a volunteer soccer coach with Twin City Youth Soccer Association, and is a member of Mt. Tabor United Methodist Church. Mark is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the North Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants.
Mark is married to Dawn Shriver and has four children: Brendan, Claire, Caroline and Andrew. His hobbies include soccer, golf, beach, and spending time with family, and his hometown is Springfield, Virginia.

Yvette M. Frusciante, CPA, CFF

Yvette joined the Firm in August 2014. She attended the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and graduated in 2002 with a Master of Science in Accounting. She also received a Master of Science in Forensic Studies-Accounting from Stevenson University in 2012. Yvette is a past Treasurer and Board Member of Exchange/SCAN. She served for several years as a member of the Accountants Annual A & A Symposium Committee and the Accountants Fraud Task Force Committee for the North Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants. She has been a guest lecturer at the Charlotte School of Law. Yvette is a member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, National Chapter, and is a charter member of the Triad NC Area Chapter of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and is a Forensic & Valuation Service Section Member.
Yvette enjoys playing chess, working crossword puzzles, reading, cooking and anything that involves technology. She is from Hollywood, Florida.

She is also former President of The Little Symphony of Forsyth County and a past Pfafftown Jaycee. She currently volunteers at Riverwood Therapeutic Riding Center in Tobaccoville, NC.
